Sean McGee is Managing Principal at CauseImpact. An experienced strategist, manager and entrepreneur, McGee has 20 years of leadership experience in conceptualizing, developing and managing new enterprises. He has extensive experience in organizing and operating a wide variety of enterprises and groups of all sizes, from entire businesses to business divisions, community festivals, competitions, and educational programs. He has worked in both for-profit and non-profit organizations, and has successfully bridged the divide between the two sectors.

Mr. McGee has served as a regular guest lecturer at the OSU Fisher College of Business; as a judge for the Ohio State University Business Plan Competition, the Irish Impact Social Venture Competition at Notre Dame University, the Groundwork Group Nonprofit IT Creativity Awards (OH and CA), and other Social Impact/Social Enterprise competitions. For seven years, he served as community advisor for the OSU Business Builders Club, a student organization for undergraduate entrepreneurs at the Ohio State University.  In 2008, he coached the team that won the inaugural Social Enterprise Award from the OSU Fisher College of Business.
