Lise Worthen-Chaudhari
Lise Worthen-Chaudhari, MFA, MS, connects rehabilitation science to the creative arts at The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center. Seeking to make physical rehabilitation following CNS injury more engaging and more data-driven, Worthen-Chaudhari applies principles from dance, motor learning, and biomechanics to study quantified neuromotor outcomes associated with creative engagement in rehabilitation. Her work has been funded by the National Institutes of Health and has been commercialized by the Columbus-based start up Rekovo. She is a research assistant professor of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, Associate Director of Dodd Hall's Motion Analysis and Recovery laboratory at The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center, and a faculty affiliate of OSU's Neurological Institute and Chronic Brain Injury Discovery Themes Initiative.
