Jelani Floyd is one of three founders of Madison-USA alongside Evan Turner and Jarrel Tolbert. A graduate of Chicago-Kent College of Law and certified NBA Agent, Jelani serves as the President of Business Operations overseeing the strategic development of the company.

Since 2007, the trio has been back and forth between Chicago and Columbus. Realizing the steady and impressive growth of Columbus, Jelani, Evan and Jarrel could not sit on the sideline. In 2017, the partners decided to bring their vast experiences from growing up on the west side of Chicago to the emerging Short North in the form of a carefully curated lifestyle experience.

The Madison-USA storefront, located at the corner of 5th and High Street is the lead initiative of the group’s desire to immerse themselves within the Columbus community, with plans to launch an e-commerce platform and athletic club this summer.

Simultaneously, Jelani continues to work with Evan and other athletes to develop their businesses and philanthropic endeavors while also strategizing for their long-term personal growth.
