Heather has had a passion for hospitality since she was sixteen, working as a dishwasher at her father’s Air Force base. She joined the Cameron Mitchell Restaurants’ (CMR) family in 2004 and today serves as CMR’s Director of Training and Guest Services.  In her role she supports CMR, Ocean Prime, The Rusty Bucket Corner Tavern & Cameron Mitchell Premier Events. Heather also teaches at The Ohio State University in the Hospitality Management Program for the School of Human Ecology.  She is a proud member of the Multicultural Foodservice & Hospitality Alliance Advisory Board.
