Rushmen Logistics
COO

Dear Reader,

Failure. The dreaded trait the we all have a subconscious angst for. The trait that is known hindrance to human innovation, a known hindrance to personal accomplishment, a know hindrance for this or that but oddly enough Evan sees things a different way.

The following information below is a brief synopsis of Evan’s professional career but first let’s touch on the fundamental to his success to date. He accredits all of his personal and professional achievements to being, “Blindly fearless of points of failure.” He repeatedly drills home the message that, “without the scars I’ve bared in my accelerated maturation process, I wouldn't be half the man that I am today.”

Again, this is another example his Evan’s modestly due to the scale of said scars. National scrutiny over interview dialogue shared around the global, crippling physical injuries to himself and his “brothers”, a term he uses to describe his teammates, and even more tolling emotional defeats in front of the watching eyes of millions.

The start of Evan professional career was supported in the winter of 2011 when he made the decision to attend The Ohio State University. He went on to earn a full-ride athletic scholarship to play football for one of the nation’s premier programs. Additional accolades include being named a four-year Varsity Letter Winner, three-year starter, and a team captain on the 2014 National Championship Football team. Not only was Evan named a captain in 2014 but he was also named the most valuable player of the National Champion that very same year.

He was then selected by the coaching staff to become a member of the Leadership Council for the 2013 and 2014 football seasons which included increased media responsibilities, speaking engagements at charity events, and an increased role in community outreach programs. Which, unbenounced to him, would be important lesson for the corporate world.

His long term commitment to hard work then propelled his career to the NFL where Evan was drafted by the Washington Redskins with the 187th pick in the 2015 NFL Draft all before culminating his football career with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.

Leveraging his unique ability to excel in an inclusive and diverse team environment, Evan’s been about to rely on his countless life failures to direct him along the trials and tribulations of entrepreneurship. Currently Evan is the Chief Operation Officer of Rushmen Logistics with responsibilities including the development of administrative and reporting procedures focused on securing long-term financial success. Evan is also tasked with implementing and managing critically important initiatives aimed at providing optimal company efficiency.
