Ettore Ciampa has 10 years experience in the energy industry leading cross functional business teams dedicated to building, improving and maintaining AEP’s power generation portfolio. Ettore also contributed as a leader and change agent for implementation of AEP’s capital excellence program.

Recently, Ettore has worked in Enterprise Technology and Innovation  to develop AEP’s innovation company Kyte Works LLC, which was set up to foster horizon two and three innovation concepts. During that time he has performed as a co-lead for the first Kyte Works business, an electric vehicle charging subscription service. Ettore continues to be a catalyst and champion for internal AEP employees, as well as, external companies for transformational change and innovation.
