Brian is a business transaction and real estate attorney, who has a broad range of experience in mergers and acquisitions, securities offerings, joint ventures, secured lending transactions, real estate development and leasing, and general corporate matters.

Brian is licensed to practice in Ohio and Florida and was named an “Ohio Super Lawyer” by Super Lawyers Magazine in 2010, 2011, 2012, 2013, 2015, 2016, 2017, and 2018. Brian also contributes his skills and experience to organizations in need and has been recognized by The Columbus Bar Association and The Columbus Bar Foundation with their award for Outstanding Pro Bono Service By An Individual for his efforts.

Brian holds three degrees from The Ohio State University, including a law degree, an MBA and a bachelor’s degree in economics.
