Max Lynn is the Director of Corporate Development for Atom Tickets. Max spearheads Atom’s evaluation of new business initiatives, leading its Strategic Planning Committee. He also helps drive Atom’s exhibitor partnership efforts, working with theater circuits to join the Atom platform and drive incremental revenue opportunities. In addition, Max is responsible for board and investor communication strategy. Prior to joining Atom Tickets, Max was Director, Strategic Planning & Operations, in Lionsgate’s Motion Picture Group. He managed Lionsgate’s deal analysis and greenlight process, and evaluated new business development opportunities for the studio.

Max earned an MBA from UCLA Anderson, after starting his career as a management consultant at PwC Advisory in New York. He holds a B.A. with Distinction from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
